Implementation Consultant | SaaS | Buy-Side | OMS/PMS
Our client, an innovative and fast-growing boutique buy-side technology vendor, is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join their professional services team. Specialising in cloud-based SaaS solutions, our client delivers cutting-edge, scalable technology to asset managers and hedge funds. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with key players in the asset management sector, driving successful implementations and delivering long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Consultation: Partner with top-tier asset managers and hedge funds, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the system implementation process. You will ensure that the solutions delivered align perfectly with the client’s investment strategy and operational requirements.
- OMS/PMS System Implementation: Lead and manage all stages of order and portfolio management system implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing the operational efficiency of clients.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing post-deployment support, ensuring clients’ evolving needs are met and the system delivers maximum impact on their workflows.
- Cloud-Based SaaS Solutions: Utilise your experience with SaaS platforms to guide clients through the migration and optimisation of cloud-based technologies, ensuring a smooth transition and scalable solution delivery.
- Collaboration & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships internally with cross-functional teams, as well as externally with clients. You will ensure seamless communication and project execution, fostering long-term trust and satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- SaaS Expertise: Demonstrated experience working with cloud-based SaaS solutions, ideally in the buy-side financial services sector.
- Implementation Experience: Recent, hands-on experience in implementing order management (OMS) and portfolio management systems (PMS). An understanding of buy-side workflows and operational requirements is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: The ability to understand and translate complex client requirements into efficient, scalable solutions.
- Client-Focused Approach: A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing high-touch service throughout the implementation process and beyond.
