We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Data Business Analyst within our Data & Analytics portfolio. As Product Manager/Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of data products within various workstreams in data and analytics portfolio. Your expertise in data analysis, business analysis, requirements elicitation, product management methodologies, and user engagement will be essential in delivering innovative data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:nof projects/work packages within data products portfolio, aligned with the overall company vision and goals.nExtensive Allegro ETRM knowledgenAllegro data extractionnwith cross-functional teams, including platform engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders, to define product requirements and specifications.nclosely with data engineering and platform teams to understand technical possibilities and constraints and translate them into product features and capabilities.nhigh level assurance on data products before products are released to the wider business community.nthe product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality execution and help the team with prioritization of features & work items to incrementally deliver value.nas the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on product progress, gathering feedback, and managing expectations.nup to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data products and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.nfor customers by gathering feedback, conducting user research, and incorporating user-centric design principles into product development processes.

Requirements:nor Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.nexperience as a Business Analyst with focus on delivery of data products or data-driven solutions within Financial Services / Energy Trading or Energy domains. Minimum 5 years of work experience.nof financial market data, data analytics, data modelling, data visualization are advantageous.nunderstanding of data analysis and experience working with data analytics tools (incl. SQL/python), databases, and data visualization technologies (e.g., Power BI / Tableau / Other).nknowledge of product management methodologies and best practices, including product strategy, roadmap development, process modelling, agile development processes and tooling such as Azure Dev Ops or JIRA.nanalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify insights, and make informed decisions.nbusiness acumen and the ability to understand customer needs and map to overall vision and goals.ncommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.ntrack record of successfully launching and managing data products or data-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.nwith user research methodologies, usability testing, and user-centered design principles.nto prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.nExtensive Allegro ETRM knowledgenAllegro data extraction
