Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to support business strategies and decision-making processes. You will leverage your expertise in Python, R, or JavaScript to develop insightful analyses and contribute to the optimization of our data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:nData Extraction and Analysis:

Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.nTool Development:

Utilize Python, R, or JavaScript to develop and maintain analytical tools and models.nReporting:

Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders and senior management.nCollaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.nPerformance Monitoring:

Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing data models and tools, recommending improvements as needed.nData Quality:

Ensure data accuracy and consistency through rigorous validation and quality control processes.nAd Hoc Analysis:

Conduct ad hoc analysis to support various business initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:nEducation:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.nExperience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.nTechnical Skills:

Proficiency in Python, R, or JavaScript for data analysis and tool development. Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.nAnalytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.nCommunication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.nTeam Player:

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
