Media Sales Executive

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Media Sales Executive to work with one of their market leading clients for a hybrid / London city centre position.
The successful Media Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating new leads, managing existing accounts, and effectively selling print and digital advertising space. The successful candidate will also possess the ability to identify cross-selling opportunities, particularly in the realm of sponsorships.
Principle Responsibilities for the Media Sales Executive:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base.
· Research and prospect new potential clients to generate leads and establish meaningful connections.
· Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and maximise revenue potential.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
· Promote and sell print advertisements within company magazines.
· Drive digital advertising sales by leveraging our online platforms and keeping abreast of industry trends.
· Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell sponsorships in conjunction with advertising packages.
· Develop creative proposals that align with clients' marketing objectives.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
· Provide regular insights to the team for strategic planning.
· Work closely with the editorial and marketing teams to align sales strategies with content and promotional efforts.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
· Utilise CRM data for strategic decision-making and to enhance the overall sales process.
· Work closely with the marketing and communications team to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns.
· To provide a monthly sales report directly and update to the BDD.
Person Specification for the Media Sales Executive:
· Proven experience in advertising sales, with a focus on both print and digital is desired but not essential.
· Strong track record of generating new business and maintaining long-term client relationships.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Target driven
This is a full-time permanent Media Sales Executive position. Monday to Friday with flexible hybrid home working.
