We are on the hunt for a highly skilled
AI/ML Talent Sourcer
to join our global tech client.nIn this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting exceptional AI/ML, with particular focus on
Generative AI (GenAI) , to drive the company's growth and innovation. Your expertise in market analysis, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement will be crucial in building robust talent pipelines to support our AI initiatives.
Responsibilities:nwith recruiters and hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs and AI product developments.njob descriptions meticulously to determine the necessary AI/ML skill sets for each job family and talent pipeline.ntalent intelligence platforms to assess talent markets, offering insightful hiring recommendations and devising robust sourcing strategies.nadvanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, x-ray, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and GenAI, to pinpoint high caliber talent pools.ninnovative, genuine outreach and attraction strategies to engage with targeted talent pools, as well as screen and evaluate candidates’ skills and experiences.nrefine sourcing tactics based on ongoing analysis and feedback, ensuring each talent pipeline maintains qualified and active candidates.nQualifications:nexperience in talent sourcing within the AI/ML domain, particularly GenAI technology.nunderstanding of the talent acquisition recruitment lifecycle, particularly sourcing and assessment methodologies.nSkills:nwith modern sourcing tools and methods, including social media, professional networks, and specialized AI sourcing technologies.nanalytical skills to interpret market data and talent trends.ncommunication and interpersonal abilities for effective candidate engagement and relationship building.nthinking with the capacity to develop and implement successful sourcing strategies.
