Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Scheme Manager (Oxford) on a Permanent basis managing one of our sheltered housing schemes based in Oxford.
The scheme consists of 38 flats, featuring a communal lounge and kitchen for the residents' use.
What we’re looking for:
* Do you have experience of providing support to vulnerable adults?
* Do you have a housing management background or previous supported housing experience where you have delivered good customer care?
* Do you understand safeguarding and the importance of keeping accurate records?

A bit about the role:
As a Scheme Manager (Oxford), you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day housing management and services provided at these schemes.
You will take full responsibility of managing the estate and monitor the services provided by others such as cleaners, contractors, or other stakeholders within Peabody.
Some of the key results for the role include:
* Ensure that schemes comply with all statutory health and safety requirements, including fire safety.
* Maintain resident satisfaction by ensuring they feel safe, secure, and respected.
* Identify and assess the needs of residents to provide appropriate support levels.
* Report any necessary repairs and maintenance promptly.
* Collaborate with other scheme managers across the service and provide cover when needed.
* Work in close partnership with the allocations team.

This role will require an Enhanced DBS check, a UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
The full time equivalent salary for this role is £30,350 per annum.
