- Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities - empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
- Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
- Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.
- Work across various shift patterns including early, late, weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.
Grammar School House is a relaxed, welcoming bungalow set in a quiet village street in Essex. There's a calm atmosphere in the home and neighbourhood, but there's always plenty to do in the village, with local towns nearby for days out and fun activities. The people living here love to keep as active and fit as possible, with regular trips swimming, trampolining, and accessible day services to keep them moving.
