Commercial Manager - Rail

Key Responsibilities:
Play a crucial role in the lifecycle of client contracts, from pre-contract design to post-contract support, ensuring the success of our Rail projects.
Lead the preparation of commercial documents for PQQs, tenders, and other procurement processes.
Oversee the financial and resource management of contracts across various departments, maintaining adherence to commercial and financial protocols.Communication and Leadership:
Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders through regular reports and strategic Commercial Management Plans.
Conduct and lead client meetings and manage a dedicated team, fostering strong professional relationships.Professional Growth:
Benefit from a supportive environment that encourages you to leverage your experience to innovate and expand your professional domain.
Engage in operational activities during the initial phase of your role.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Holds a degree in Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, or possesses equivalent practical experience.
Brings extensive experience at the Commercial Manager level.
Has a solid background in the Rail/Construction industry with comprehensive industry insights.
Is knowledgeable about applicable laws and regulations.
Membership in RICS, CICES, or CIOB is an advantage but not mandatory
