Talent Frame are pleased to be hiring a Commercial Contracts Manager role that sits with the Bids and Proposals team for a leading provider of complex global B2B services.
The role is hybrid working, with 2 days a week in the HQ in Hampshire.

You will be the subject matter expert for front-line contract negotiations - largely around termination clauses, liability and overall risk management of the contract.
You will ensure processes are compliant with required legal and risk frameworks. Work to continuously improve processes, working closely with various teams including business development and legal.


Commercial contract management experience, ideally with a formal contract law qualification
Can demonstrate commercial decision making when pursuing complex and high value projects
