Talent Frame are pleased to be hiring a Commercial Contracts Manager role that sits with the Bids and Proposals team for a leading provider of complex global B2B services.


The role is hybrid working, with 2 days a week in the HQ in Hampshire.

The role will include the following responsibilities:

You will be the subject matter expert for front-line contract negotiations - largely around termination clauses, liability and overall risk management of the contract.

Lead a small team that oversees tenders and proposals processes for new business and renewals, covering global regions and £multi-million value.

You will ensure processes are compliant with required legal and risk frameworks. As well as providing accurate pricing for complex global tenders.

Work to continuously improve processes, working closely with various teams including business development and legal.


Experience Required:

Commercial contract management experience, ideally with a formal contract law qualification

Have experience of managing/deep involvement with international proposals and tenders processes

Ideally have experience of managing a small team

Can demonstrate commercial decision making when pursuing complex and high value projects
