The Role

Cantium Business Solutions are an IT Managed Services Provider and are looking for an Account Support Apprentice to help them keep systems up to date, speak with our customers and take notes during customer meetings, manage teams calendars, process invoices and more.
While working as an important member of the team you will also complete a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship meaning you can use the skills you are learning on the job to help you gain a professional qualification.
The successful candidate will work in our Kings Hill office 2 days per week, 2 days per week at home and have 1 study day which will be worked from home or the office. Please consider your commute prior to making your application.

Key Duties
Keep our internal sales system up to date, completing updates when required
Complete Account Plans with support from the Account Management Team
Attend customer meetings
Account reconciliation, focusing on data management and data quality
Respond to new challenges and opportunities e.g. supporting timely delivery of urgent actions, arranging any additional task and finish groups, co-ordinating meetings, co-ordinating the evaluation process, collating briefing responses
Responsible for monitoring the shared calendars, responding to issues arising and escalating urgent matters as appropriate
What we need from you
GCSE’s passes in Maths and English or equivalent
IT Skills including basing Excel knowledge and PowerPoint
Keen interest in IT Sector, shows curiosity around technology advancements
Positive, can-do attitude
Demonstrable interest in completing an apprenticeship
