About the Role:
As a Qualified Adults Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults with diverse needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify needs and appropriate interventions.

Developing and implementing care plans that promote independence and well-being.

Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including health professionals, housing services, and community organizations.

Supporting service users through complex situations, including safeguarding, mental health, and substance misuse.

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A recognized qualification in Social Work (e.g., BA Social Work, MA Social Work, DipSW).

Registration with Social Work England.

Proven experience in adult social work, ideally within a local authority or community setting.

A strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with service users, families, and professionals.

A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
