We are seeking a Newly Qualified Social Worker to contribute to an Adults Mental Health team within a supportive environment.

Role Overview

The Adults Mental Health team provides essential secondary care for individuals aged 65 and above who are experiencing dementia or mental health challenges. The primary focus of this team is to assist adults in achieving their personal goals through tailored care and support. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, planning, and commissioning services that cater to the needs of adults requiring care and support, as well as addressing the needs of their caregivers.

Candidate Profile

A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is a prerequisite for this position. Candidates must possess UK experience, as visa sponsorship is not available. While prior experience in adult services is advantageous, it is not mandatory. As a newly qualified social worker, you should be ready to engage in studies to fulfill the registration criteria outlined in the Social Care Wales CPEL framework.
