About the role

For our Natuzzi Italia stores in London, we are searching for one Brand Ambassador position. This would be primarily a sales based, and customer facing role.

Job Location : Natuzzi Italia Store in London - Croydon

About the role/position

Our experienced Sales Consultants are trained retail professionals, acting as an "ambassador" of our Brand, our Products, our Values and Harmony; professionals with a passion for luxury interiors and a focus on sales with a strong customer oriented attitude.nThe Brand Ambassador will be the face of our Company; the main objective is to generate sales, using all possible sales tools available, while transmitting his/her passion for design, luxury, harmony, and product knowledge. We strive to provide an excellent and impeccable winning customer shopping experience.

About the Responsibilities

Sales BudgetnAchieve Store’s sales goals defined by the Store Manager; generate and manage your own quotations and sales while establishing a professional relationship that results in increased sales & repeat business; your role will also involve providing support for the development of our Trade & Designer business.

Customer Experience:n• Manages each visitor through the application of Brand sales ceremonies;n• Welcomes and understands the customer's needs to ensure a unique customer experience;n• Communicates the Brand values, qualities, and advantages of the product (Story Telling, Product Story); • Use the sales tools (material samples, digital tools, dedicated brochure, catalogue);n• Collects customer / prospect profiling data in a discreet and informal way;n• Successful sale conversionsn• Cross Selling / Upselling;n• Promote Total Livingn• Manages the quotation and follows up with prospects;n• Closes the sales process and prepares the reason why for a new customer visit;n• Collects the profiling data of each visitor (prospects and customers) as required in the selling ceremonies, in order to feed the customer analytics and the CRM / retargeting strategyn• Guarantee the respect of the brand image in the store (respecting the visual merchandising standards) through direct and continuous interventions);n• Provides after-sales support to Customersn• Follow the dress-code guidelines.

Job profile:n• Preferably with a background in Interior Design education;n• Previous experience (min 3-5 years) in Retail Sales; Furnishing Companies; or in Luxury Fashion Brands;n• Ability to use and promote sales tools to support sales (eg creation of renderings)n• Capacity to use Interior Designing Tools;n• Experience with a POS system and proficient with MS Office softwaren• A general good standing. Outstanding negotiating and communication skills;n• Ability to conduct the Selling Ceremony while keeping a strong focus on increasing the conversion rate, with the objective to transform visitors into buying clients.n• Team work spirit;n• Business Oriented. Ability to analyse sales results.
