Your new role
In this role you will act as the front of house for ambassadors, visitors and guests of the organisation. You will be managing the front desk and providing administrative support to a variety of teams and colleagues across the business. Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
Welcoming guests and notifying the relevant colleague of their arrival.
Answering and transferring all incoming calls.
Opening incoming mail and distribute to the relevant departments.
Assisting with general administrative tasks.
Maintaining and organising office files, both electronic and physical.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
Providing administrative support to commercial team.
Generating and analysing reports as required.What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
