ENG Bauen takes pride in supporting a globally recognised EPC international Industrial gas operator as it delivers a high-value brownfield project in the heart of London.
In this role as a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of all project deliverables within the defined scope. Your work will involve the coordination of sub-contractors, management of equipment and project scheduling to ensure the project is delivered within the agreed timescales of the client.
This role will provide you with a chance to tackle the technical challenges associated with a complex engineering project while working with a global EPC. Here is an excellent opportunity to test and enhance your project management skills while being exposed to international standards and practices.
This is an ideal position for a Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager with construction experience looking to lead in the field of engineering and contribute to the expansion of a highly innovative manufacturing facility with an internationally renowned EPC.
The Role:
- Construction Project Manager
- Oversee the execution phase of a brownfield expansion project
- From the end of the design to execution and handover
- Ensure the project is being delivered within budget, schedule, and high safety standards
- Handle internal and external project reporting
- Fully site-based position
The Person:
- Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager with construction experience
- Proficient in implementing change control procedures and leading design review meetings
- Holds a BEng/MSc/HNC in Chemical/Process Engineering
- Experienced in construction and installation
- Good understanding of CDM regulation
- Good understanding of mechanical specs, pipework drawings & layout drawings
