Job Overview:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Middleweight Project Manager to make an immediate impact on dynamic construction projects. In this role, you will work closely with a Senior Project Manager, assisting in overseeing various construction projects from initial site survey and estimating, all the way through to post-completion meetings with clients. The position presents a great chance for advancing professionally and progressing in your career at the company.


Key Responsibilities:

Conducting initial client meetings with the Senior Project Manager to outline specifications and estimate project costs.

Preparing tenders for workplace commercial fit-out projects.

Reviewing technical drawings to determine job specifications and coordinating with suppliers to obtain cost estimates.

Reviewing profit margins to ensure profitability for all projects during the quoting/tendering process.

Supervising active projects and conducting weekly on-site inspections to ensure progress meets deadlines.

Attend weekly meetings with clients, in collaboration with the senior project manager, to provide project progress updates.

Completion of all project-related administrative tasks, including purchasing, work-in-progress reports, and ensuring all health and safety documentation is in place.


Qualifications and Skills:

Al least 5-6 years of Construction Project Management experience, most preferably in the office workplace fit-out sector.

Strong communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

proficiency in MS Excel and other software tools,

Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under tight deadlines.

Eagerness to learn and develop professional skills in the construction industry.
