Job Description:

  • We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who has experience working for a Construction Consultancy focussing on Projects in the Data Centres sector
  • You will be responsible for delivering high quality project management services across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to handover
  • You will also have the opportunity to work on live projects, leading small to medium sized complex commissions and supporting major complex new build schemes in London and across the UK
  • This is a great opportunity to take the lead and grow a successful career within our clients market leading Data Centre construction team


Requirements:

  • Post-graduate level professional qualification in project management
  • Experience in Data Centre projects
  • Strong contract administration skills, especially with JCT Contracts
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to manage budgets and resources
