As a key player in our dynamic team, you will be involved in delivering bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects across various sectors, contributing to a company with a legacy of over 45 years in delivering exceptional quality.
Role Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will lead the execution of significant interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with safety, budgetary, scheduling, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating and managing project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Ensuring all work aligns with client specifications and expectations.
- Effectively managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Communicating with clients and their representatives to provide updates and resolve issues as they arise.
- Maintaining adherence to contractual obligations and safeguarding the contractual position.
- Monitoring project financial performance and implementing strategies to minimize costs.
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships.

Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in project management, particularly on projects valued around £60M, with a focus on interior fit-out.
- Proficient in health and safety regulations; possession of a CSCS Black Card is advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Strong commercial insight with a focus on value addition and profit optimization.
- Proficient IT skills, capable of producing project schedules, reports, and maintaining records in accordance with industry standards.
- Ability to foster and maintain successful client relationships.
- Experience in high-pressure environments, demonstrating composure under stress.
- Strong skills in influencing, negotiation, and presentation.
