Senior National Account Manager Off Trade - Grocery & Ecommerce Marussia Beverages UK Slater Noon is proudly partnering with Marussia Beverages UK to grow their high performing commercial team. The Company: Marussia Beverages UK is a fast growing spirits business with a premium portfolio including Mozart Chocolate Liqueur, Akashi Tai Sake, Torabhaig Single Malt, Briottet Tosolini and Foursquare Rum. With global reach and family ownership the business is built on passion, creativity, ownership openness and strong team spirit. The company now seeks a Senior National Account Manager to lead and grow its Off Trade performance across Grocery and Ecommerce. This individual will manage key customers including Waitrose, Sainsburys, Co-Op, Booths, Ocado and Amazon while also pursuing new business opportunities. Their focus will be to drive distribution visibility and category activation while shaping the future of this strategic channel. The successful candidate will bring strong National Account Management experience within the Off Trade live retailer relationships and sharp commercial instinct. Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is desirable. They will be ambitious proactive collaborative and confident making decisions quickly and creatively. The role is home based and will involve UK travel working closely with Marketing, Supply and Finance as part of the Sales Leadership Team. The Role: • Grow grocery and ecomm accounts delivering distribution volume and activation targets • Lead tenders and range reviews to secure listings and drive brand visibility • Use insight forecasting and analysis to spot and unlock opportunities • Win new business through relationships credibility and smart planning • Be a brilliant advocate for the portfolio across customers and categories The Package: Up to £55K base salary Car allowance 20% bonus AXA private healthcare 6% employer pension 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Product allowance, gym discount, cycle to work scheme and more Interested?
