We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager who is available immediately on a 3-month contract to lead and supervise the final stages of a Construction project in Liverpool. The daily Rate depends on experience. OUTSIDE IR35.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Completion Works: Manage and coordinate all electrical completion activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Workforce Supervision: Lead and guide the on-site workforce responsible for snagging works. Monitor progress, address any issues, and maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all electrical installations meet industry standards and adhere to project requirements.
Health and Safety: Prioritize safety by enforcing health and safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
Collaboration: Work closely with other construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, to achieve project milestones.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Qualifications and Experience
Electrical Engineering Qualification: The ideal candidate should hold a relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme): Possession of an SMSTS certificate is essential.
Construction Experience: Proven experience in managing electrical construction projects, preferably in a similar role.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
