Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Company Overview: Construction Resources is a leading provider of integrated end-to-end design, planning, and building solutions.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the control of designated projects, including site surveys, layout design, quotation, and client liaison.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Manage day-to-day project delivery, ensuring compliance with all HSQE legislation, internal policies, and procedures.
  2. Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys of potential M&E projects, including layout design, quotation, and client liaison.
  3. Cost Management: Manage project costs, including procurement, analysis, appraisal, and budgeting.
  4. Programme Management: Ensure that programmes are agreed between the client and the contractor prior to each project commencing, updated as required, and that key deadlines are met.
  5. Contractor Management: Manage a portfolio of approved M&E contractors through the lifecycle of a project.
  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all company/project policies, procedures, and standards are maintained, and that accidents, incidents, and near misses are investigated competently.
  7. Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Head of Electrical Services defining project progress, problems, and solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications: Recognised Building Services Qualification and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  2. Experience: Previous experience of management on M&E projects and financial acumen, cost management, budget, and P&L responsibilities.
  3. Skills: Microsoft Project and ability to communicate closely with commercial aspects of any given project.
