Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical projects, including design, installation, and testing
  • Manage electrical teams, including line management and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with IEE regulations, 18th Edition, and all aspects of Electrical Installation + Testing & Inspection
  • Liaise with production management teams to deliver projects
  • Manage site staff and sub-contractors
  • Develop and implement electrical standards and best practices
  • Manage project budgets and schedules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an electrical management position
  • HNC, HND, or BEng in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Inspection and test qualification (City and Guilds)
  • Ability to manage site staff and sub-contractors
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products
  • Full driving license
  • Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship Scheme / Indentures (or AM2) & City & Guilds 2360 or NVQ Level 3 electrical installation
  • City & Guilds 2382 (IEE Wiring Regs - 18th Edition) or JIB Card - Electrician (Must include IEE Wiring Regs 18th Edition). City & Guilds 2395 Inspection, Testing and Certification
