Electrical Supervisor Job Description

At DACS Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Merseyside. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing electrical projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee electrical projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Assist in planning priorities and tasks for the team, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
  • Supervise team members to carry out work, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
  • Report to management, providing regular updates on project progress and team performance.
  • Liaise with management to discuss project plans, team performance, and any challenges or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant electrical installation qualification, such as 2391.
  • Experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Schneider, Siemens, or equivalent).
  • Experience with HMI/SCADA software (Wonderware, Factory Talk View, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated expertise in control system design, development, and maintenance.
  • Excellent knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with EPLAN or other electrical design software.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
