We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Construction Resources. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing commercial projects with a value of £4-£15 million, including refurbishment, maintenance, and installation works on LED lighting, switchgear upgrades, EV charging points, and partnerships with other countries.

About the Company

Construction Resources is a well-established Mechanical, Electrical, and Telecommunication contractor. We specialize in planned and reactive maintenance, as well as new build and retrofit projects worth north of £4 million.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial projects from inception to completion
  • Oversee the installation of LED lighting, switchgear upgrades, and EV charging points
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with other countries
  • Collaborate with the Head of Electrical Services to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager
  • Strong knowledge of electrical services and project management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
