Location: Across Bexhill, Hastings, and the Fairlight Branch (Mainly based in Hastings)
Hours: 8am-5:30pm / 30 min lunch (Includes Saturdays with a day off in the week)
Salary up to £28,000k (DOE) Must hold a UK full driving license due to the nature of the role. (Mileage/petrol will be covered and expensed)
HRGO Recruitment are looking for a professional individual with a bold and charismatic personality to join our clients leading Estate Agency. You will be working alongside successful Sales Negotiators, supporting with property viewings.
This role also holds an opportunity for someone either with or without experience within the Estate Agent Industry. Our client offers exciting progression opportunities within the business and rewards hard work
General Duties:
Attending 8AM morning meetings with the team (Hasting's office)
Conducting a daily report at the end of the day
Meeting with potential buyers and potential clients
Showing applicants around local properties
Communicating with both the office and clients as well as advising applicants on property information
Giving a good presentation of the company Company Benefits
Free Parking
Mileage/petrol will be covered
Company days out / social events (normally every quarter)
20 Days annual leave plus bank holidays and closed between Christmas and New Year's.
Working in a friendly team
Progression opportunities, with the long-term view to become a valuer and be able to 'take a property onto the market'
