Lettings Apprentice

Oakfield Estate Agents are recruiting for a **LETTINGS APPRENTICE **to join our Lettings team located in Hastings. This is an exciting role to be part of a busy and successful team.

**About the role**

As a Lettings Apprentice no two days will be the same, your role will be varied and each day will provide its own challenges to overcome. Lettings is a fast paced business so to be considered for this role you need to be able to think on your feet and be able to work well in a busy environment.

You will work closely with the Lettings Manager to ensure that all properties we have been instructed to market are being advertised, all enquiries from potential Tenants are up to date and the prospective Tenants that are currently being referenced are being regularly updated.

Other main aspects of your role will include
- Registering applicants, establishing their requirements, and booking viewings
- Providing administration support to the Lettings teams both in the branch and across the other branches
- Preparing marketing details for our properties
- Working independently and as part of a team

**About you**

You need to be motivated to achieve great things and succeed in the role you are doing. As an Apprentice there will be work for your Apprenticeship along with the day to day demands of your job role so you need to be able to manage your workload and your time. The successful applicant will be outgoing, confident and have a genuine interest in working in Lettings.

**The Apprenticeship**

You will complete the ‘Housing and Property Management Apprenticeship Programme’ this is a recognised qualification in the Lettings Industry. The Apprenticeship is all completed in branch with a series of group and 1-1 sessions with your tutor all attended online.

Oakfield will fully support you in your learning and attend some meetings with you to provide feedback and guidance with your tutor.

Salary & working hours - The role is a Full Time role, Monday - Saturday 8:30am to 5:30pm with a day off in the week but these hours must be considered flexible as often additional hours are needed to fully fulfil the role
