Following a recent acquisition and further expansion plans Oakfield Estate Agents are recruiting for an experienced **LETTINGS MARKETING CONSULTANT** to join our Lettings team located in our Hastings town center branch.

**Oakfield Estate Agents** mission is to provide the best level of service to our Landlords and Tenants and we know to do that we need to have the best team working for us.

There is no denying the role of a Lettings Negotiator is a busy one where no two days are the same but that is one of the things many of our team love about the role as well as building relationships with our Clients.

As a Lettings Marketing Consultant the main aspects of your role will include
- Registering applicants, establishing their requirements, and booking viewings
- Carrying out market appraisals to win new business
- Assisting Landlords when re-letting properties
- Pursuing new business opportunities
- Carrying out visits to ensure properties are ready for Tenants to move in
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Creating tenancy agreements and all necessary information for the applicants to move into the property in the most helpful and efficient manner possible.
- Ensuring all properties comply with legislation

**About you**

We are looking for a multi-tasker who is good at prioritising their workload, someone who will work well within a team as well as independently.

During the working day you’ll spend a great deal of your time liaising with Landlords both in writing as well as over the phone so excellent communication skills both verbally and written are essential.

Previous experience within Lettings is essential.

To be successful in this role you need to be fully committed and passionate about ensuring our clients receive the highest level of customer service.

Salary & working hours - The role is a Full Time role, Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm but these hours must be considered flexible as often additional hours are needed to fully fulfil the role. The salary we’re offering is £20,000 - £23,000 per annum based upon experience. In addition to the basic salary there is a generous bonus scheme which would give you an OTE (On target earning) of £20,000 - £35,000 per annum.
