About the role: We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our vibrant primary school in Ealing. As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting our Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students, delivering high-quality learning experiences, and leading small groups or whole classes as needed. This is a full-time, long-term position that offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in children's education.

Application Requirements:
• Relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and delivery of lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Lead small group sessions and cover whole classes when needed.
• Assist in the assessment and tracking of student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and effective learning activities.
