The Company
Our client is an established professional services company and a market leader in their field of expertise. A newly created role, due to their growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Billing & Reporting Manager to lead a small team.
The Role
You will oversee all billing processes managing the sales invoice team to ensure concise, timely and accurate invoice production. Liaising with stakeholders throughout the business, you will report on sales and revenue conducting analysis of sales data to produce meaningful information for the Head of Finance. Using the electronic invoicing system, your team will ensure Work In Progress is kept to a minimum. You will be managing client queries to ensure invoices are paid and providing accurate accrual data to allow debt to be collected.
The Candidate
To be successful in this role you will need experience in a similar role with strong team management skills including appraisals, performance management and training. Proven experience with billings and sales invoicing is essential and advanced Excel skills. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and knowledge of Sage 300 would be a distinct advantage.
