Direct Sales Specialist - Commission Based


About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Direct Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our educational courses through direct outreach and relationship building. You will play a key role in helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals through education in trading strategies and risk management.


Responsibilities

  • Bring, develop and maintain a strong network of potential clients, including individual traders and business professionals interested in learning about trading and hedging strategies.
  • Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email marketing, and attending industry events.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of The Trade Academy's courses and address the specific needs of each client.
  • Overcome objections and close deals effectively.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients to ensure ongoing sales and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Qualifications

  • Large network of individuals, professionals and businesses
  • Proven success in direct sales or a related field.
  • Degree in Management, Economics, Marketing and similar will be appreciated
  • A strong understanding of the financial markets and trading concepts (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
  • A highly motivated and self-directed work ethic.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • A strong network of potential clients in the trading and business communities (a major plus).
