The role will includenFF&E space planningnProduce material schemes and mood boardsnProducing technical drawings in Vectorworks formatnPutting together client presentationsnCreating full project costing schedules and budgetsnSourcing FF&E and assisting the procurement teamnDesigning bespoke joinery and FF&E. Reviewing with suppliers technical drawings prior to manufacturingnDeveloping detailed specifications and managing a pre-agreed budgetnWorking with contractors and suppliers to ensure the design and quality are executed as per the specification and to the highest standardnRegular site visits and report progressnCoordinating all aspects of the FF&E procurement and installation processnLeading projects with support from the Senior design teamnSupervising Junior Designers and Studio Interns when necessary
