My client is currently seeking a Technical Support Manager to lead their team of support engineers.
Day to day responsibilities will include;
* Motivating, developing and building your team of technical support engineers
* Providing a flexible and efficient response to customer issues
* Technical documentation to support updates together with training materials
* Occasional travel to customer sites as required .
* Technically astute with rf, networked or similar products
You will ideally have relevant technical qualifications (eg IT, Computer Science, Electronics, RF or similar communication based technology and have a proven track record in managing a team of technical engineers or technicians in a customer focussed role. Highly organised, methodical and with great communication skills, you will be used to leading teams and delivering high levels of technical support to a broad range of customers.
