Due to continued growth within the business our Client are recruiting a Accounts Assistant to join their small, friendly team. The working hours will be 37.5 per week Monday to Friday.
Daily duties to include, but not limited to:
Take card payments
Check accounts on hold
Credit control
Opening New Accounts
Process stock invoices
Reconcile purchase ledger statements
Goods Received not invoiced
Purchase returns fully despatched not credited
Check and process company credit card statements
Our Client are looking for a motivated individual who is keen to develop with a growing business.
The ideal candidate will have:
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to an extremely high standard
Ability to communicate within all levels of the organisation
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work on own or part of a team and to strict deadlines
Previous experience working in a credit control role
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel & Outlook
