Role: Under 2's Room Lead
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Under 2's room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote curiosity and developmental milestones.
Work closely with a team of dedicated early years practitioners to provide high-quality care and education.
Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
Proven experience working with children under 2 years old.
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Passion for outdoor play and a commitment to the Curiosity Approach.What We Offer:

You must be willing to attend a registration interviewVeritas Education work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
