About the Role

As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. You will also be expected to lead a team of chefs, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation

  • Monitor kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and managing waste

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

2-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-quality restaurant or hotelProven track record of leading a team and achieving kitchen goalsExcellent culinary skills, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredientsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment
