Experience:nApplicants must possess a minimum of 7 years’ total experience in the application of Human Factors to be considered for this role.nApplicants must possess at least 5 years’ experience applying Human Factors skills and knowledge within the UK Nuclear Industry.

ProfilenCore Skills and Knowledge:nTechnical knowledge in Human Factors.nExperience in Human Factors Integration, Human Reliability Assessment and substantiation.nAwareness of Regulated industries, including Safety Case principles.nMulti-disciplinary working awarenessnConfidence to engage with our clients and assume responsibility for delivering technical projects.

Desirable:nHuman Factors Experience in non-nuclear Safety Critical DomainsnSecurity Clearance

Location:nUK-based, with client site and some home-working anticipated. International travel opportunities are likely.

Qualifications:nDegree qualified (Bachelors, Masters, Doctorate) in Ergonomics/Human Factors, or can demonstrate HF competency e.g. through Chartership.
