**Job Summary**
Assystem is seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Factors Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Human Factors Consultant, you will play a key role in the continued growth and development of our Human and Organisational Factors team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead Human Factors projects in the nuclear industry for our key clients, providing specialist Human Factors support alongside recognised UK experts.
- Develop and apply Human Factors skills and knowledge to deliver complex projects.
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the development of our Human Factors team, sharing your expertise and knowledge with colleagues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Human Factors.
**Requirements**
- Minimum of 7 years' total experience in the application of Human Factors.
- At least 5 years' experience applying Human Factors skills and knowledge within the UK Nuclear Industry.
- Strong technical knowledge in Human Factors, including Human Factors Integration, Human Reliability Assessment and substantiation.
- Awareness of Regulated industries, including Safety Case principles.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to think intuitively and creatively.
**Nice to Have**
- Human Factors Experience in non-nuclear Safety Critical Domains.
- Security Clearance.
