Cloudway Talent is a fast-growing, dynamic recruitment scale-up focused on the Salesforce and CRM Talent Ecosystem. We help multi-national, SME and start-up clients across the world meet the best talent (permanent and freelance) and are looking for two Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultants to make that happen
Successful hires will be inducted into our high-performing team to help cater to our clients across EMEA, connecting with the best talent and managing the recruitment process end-to-end.nWe were founded by two Recruitment Directors with a combined 15 years’ experience building & shaping exceptional careers in Recruitment.
We are a committed team, looking for similarly ambitious graduates with an appetite for growth and self-improvement. This is an opportunity for someone looking for a "career" and not just a "job", and someone who would go on to be a future expert in a fast-growing start-up and a crucial member of the team.
What you'll be responsible for in the first 6-12 months of your career:nSourcing and selecting high-level Salesforce candidates for roles with our existing and prospective clientsnManaging the recruitment process end-to-end; from CV submission to interview to offer release and onboardingnSupporting and participating in business development activities and (eventually) taking the lead on your own client relationshipsnBuilding relationships within the Salesforce community; attending Salesforce events and helping build the Cloudway Talent brand
What you'll bring to the table:nEducation: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent Sales experience) in any subject and graduating in 2024nDesire to achieve exceptional results and be part of a high-performance culturenStrong communication and relationship building skillsnSolution-oriented mindset and calm under pressurenInterest in a career in Sales and Recruitment
