Position Overview:nOur client is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants in central London. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying and placing top graduate talent in leading companies across various industries. This role offers uncapped commission potential, providing an exciting opportunity for ambitious graduates to thrive in a rewarding and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:nSource and attract high-quality graduate candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and university partnerships.nConduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability for specific roles and client requirements.nBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.nCollaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.nManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.nStay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide insights and advice to candidates and clients.nMeet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs to drive business growth and success.

Qualifications:nRecent graduate with a degree from a reputable university.nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.nHighly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.nStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.nProactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.nPrevious experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
