Position Overview:

Our client is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants in central London. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying and placing top graduate talent in leading companies across various industries. This role offers uncapped commission potential, providing an exciting opportunity for ambitious graduates to thrive in a rewarding and fast-paced environment.




Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract high-quality graduate candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and university partnerships.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability for specific roles and client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide insights and advice to candidates and clients.
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs to drive business growth and success.




Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a degree from a reputable university.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
