Business Development Manager (SaaS)

Who is HealtheranHealthera is a rapidly growing SaaS platform looking to expand our growth with further sales to the UK’s local pharmacies.

Our platform connects pharmacies to patients and helps provide people with medicines, healthcare services, and OTC products.

Already working in partnership with over 1,600 pharmacies (over 10% of all UK pharmacies), our platform aims to give these key local businesses a simple digital solution that helps them thrive as consumers increasingly expect online options.

Your ResponsibilitiesnDevelop new business with Healthera's customers, which are independent pharmacies, small multiples and even national pharmacy chainsnCarry out activities needed throughout the entire sales cycle; all the way from lead prospecting to video call demos and negotiating contractsnUse our CRM to plan & document your sales activities, manage your pipeline, and allocate your time to achieve weekly and monthly sales targetsnContribute to and continuously improve sales collateral, and pitch/demo content

The PersonnIdeally has experience in a rapid start-up environmentnIdeally has experience selling low-mid ticket SaaS offeringsnIs energetic and enthusiastic about sales, able to hit targetsnNot afraid of rejection or cold callingnReady to follow-up in a smart, hard-working waynIs able to communicate value related to ROI and overcome objections in a helpful waynWants to have a continuously successful career in sales with unlimited opportunities to earn commissions

Requirementsn2-3 years of similar sales experiencenHas previously worked with cold calling/outbound outreachnHas a proven track record of hitting sales targets
