Description
Processing finance transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and policies.
Managing payroll and purchase ledger queries and resolving issues effectively.
Collaborating with team members to improve processes.
Handling confidential information with discretion.
Supporting the Accounting & Finance department with other tasks as needed.Profile
A successful Temporary Finance Administrator should have:
A solid understanding of finance and payroll processes and regulations.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Proficient in using finance software and systems.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to handle queries and build relationships.
A team player with a strong work ethic.Job Offer
An attractive hourly rate of £12 to £13 per hour
Starting as soon as possible
6 month contract with possibility of extension
Experience in a prestigious public sector and government organisation.
