Chef De Partie
Britannia Hotels are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our team at The Heathlands Hotel in Bournemouth.
Set in the charming seaside town of Bournemouth, the Heathlands Hotel enjoys a prime location in the town centre. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Produce a high standard of food as per the guidance of our Head Chef.
- Assist in the preparation and service of meals for various menus.
- Adhere to our stock control procedures.
- Work as part of a busy team.
- Add a touch of your own flair and creativity.
The successful candidate will have experience in working in a hotel kitchen with strong communication skills, a keen superb attention to detail , and take pride in their work.
