About The Role

As EYFS Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our early years program. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that our youngest learners receive the highest quality education, nurturing their curiosity, igniting their passion for learning, and laying the foundation for their future success.

Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership and guidance to the EYFS team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellencenDevelop and implement a comprehensive EYFS curriculum aligned with national standards and tailored to the needs of our diverse student populationnAssess and track pupil progress, ensuring that each child receives individualized support and reaches their full potentialnCollaborate effectively with parents and carers to support their child's learning at homenFoster a stimulating and engaging learning environment that promotes creativity, exploration, and a lifelong love of learning

What You Bring To The Table

A deep understanding of early years education principles and practicesnProven experience leading and managing an EYFS teamnExceptional teaching and classroom management skillsnA passion for early years education and a commitment to providing a high-quality educationnStrong leadership and communication skillsnThe ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements
