About the Role
As EYFS Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our early years program. Responsibilities
* Provide visionary leadership and guidance to the EYFS team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
* Develop and implement a comprehensive EYFS curriculum aligned with national standards and tailored to the needs of our diverse student population
* Assess and track pupil progress, ensuring that each child receives individualized support and reaches their full potential
* Collaborate effectively with parents and carers to support their child's learning at home
* Foster a stimulating and engaging learning environment that promotes creativity, exploration, and a lifelong love of learning

Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status and relevant educational degree.
* Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 students, preferably in a similar setting.
* Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and current educational trends.

* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
