Role Overview:
As a Tutor in the Logistics arena, you will be responsible for delivering Apprenticeship Standards to learners at Supply Chain Level 3 and Team Leading Level 3. Your role will involve a blend of face-to-face, remote, and workshop-based delivery, requiring regular travel to various sites and geographical locations.
You will support learners to achieve their full potential by delivering engaging content, setting SMART targets, and ensuring they are motivated throughout their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Apprenticeship Standards in Supply Chain and Team Leading (Level 3).
* Provide a mix of face-to-face, remote, and workshop-based learning.
* Manage your diary effectively to meet delivery targets.
* Travel to different locations to engage with learners and employers.
* Inspire and motivate learners to achieve their qualifications.
* Ensure learners are on track by setting and reviewing SMART targets.
* Support learners with numeracy and literacy skills where required.
* Maintain communication with all levels of business stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in tutoring or assessing in a logistics or team-leading role.
* Strong communication skills to engage effectively at all levels.
* Ability to self-motivate and manage a flexible schedule.
* Full UK driving license and access to your own car (mileage allowance provided).
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting learner welfare.
