About the Technical Coordinator job
The purpose of your role will be to Provide technical support and coordination to key clients, assist in the implementation and monitoring of innovative agricultural technologies as well as be involved in the smooth operation and maintenance of robotic systems in the ‘field’.
* Act as a liaison between the head office, clients, and marketing teams to ensure seamless information flow, prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations, and coordinate technical meetings and training sessions where required.
* Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical projects, track project milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timelines are met as well as providing support in the development of project documentation and technical manuals.
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of produce and adherence to technical standards, implement and oversee quality control measures.
* Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance with best practices.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in agricultural technology, whilst participating in the research and development of new technological solutions.
About You
The successful candidate shall Ideally possess a Food Science or Agricultural Graduate degree as well as some experience within food manufacturing or FMCG, either through a university placement or time in the industry. Previous experience in a technical role within the agriculture or fresh produce sector is advantageous but not essential.
* Ambitious with a strong desire to kick start a fulfilling career in the fresh produce sector.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Innovative thinker with a passion for technology and sustainability in agriculture.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and technical software applications.

The Technical Coordinator job is based in Hampshire and is paying £25,000 to £30,000 Per Annum according to your experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking company. Once a month, travel is required to visit client sites in the home counties, therefore candidates should have a driving license and their own transport.
The package includes 25 days holiday + bank holidays, an annual bonus and statutory pension contributions.
The working hours are Monday to Friday / 8:00am to 5:00pm.
