What you'll be doing;
Assist and support the Regional Asset Manager in the provision of Engineering and Maintenance support to the Industrial Waste & Engery and Treatment facilities, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable plant operation including statutory and company compliance with legislation, regulations and calibration.
Provide support to the Facility and Maintenance manager's function in plant maintenance including the management of the lean maintenance techniques.
Assist with the development and implementation of Group maintenance strategic practices.
Assist with the review of budget performance.
Support Internalised maintenance practices.
Produce standards and standard solutions to promote commonality in Veolia facilities and deliver value for money.
Support, develop and implement new business software tools and reporting methods to stear and drive operational performance.
Support new and developing business stream within the IWE business by providing maintenance and engineering plans for new and existing assets and/or contracts during tendering, re-tendering processes and on boarding.
What we're looking for;
Educated to degree level within an engineering discipline
Experience within plant maintenance
Extensive knowledge of Energy and Power generation systems
The ability to use an analytical approach to resolve engineering problems
Knowledge of CMMS, EAM & ERP Systems
