Security and Infrastructure Manager


Are you an advocate for IT Security?


We are looking for an IT Security and Infrastructure Manager who can develop security strategy plans and roadmaps, develop and maintain processes, evaluate new services, applications and vendors whilst remaining innovative and provide direction in moving the business forward in its overall IT strategy.


You will also manage the infrastructure team that is responsible for continuous operations and maintenance whilst enhancing disaster recovery plans.


You'll make sure you meet governance requirements and compliance.


Key Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable using Microsoft infrastructure toolset
  • Track changes and threat environments to ensure they are address in the strategy and planning stages
  • Eliminate single points of failure where possible
  • Enhance employee productivity and system availability
  • Translate the risk characteristics into enterprise risk terms
  • Comply with SOX & ISO/ITIL frameworks
  • Experience with SAP
  • Strong leadership and communication skills


In return, the successful IT Security and Infrastructure Manager can expect a salary of £70,000 + additional benefits.


This role is based on-site in Oxfordshire.
